Our 3-day baking process

  • Day 1 — Mix the dough

    Shortbread-style. No yeast, no proofing. We mix and cook right away for crisp shells.

  • Day 2 — Shape & fill

    Walnut shells are shaped and generously filled with dulce de leche.

  • Day 3 — Bake & box

    Small-batch bakel, box, and ship — usually ~3 business days from start to finish.

How soon do you ship after the order is placed?

We bake in small batches and ship fresh. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Still no email? Check your spam or reach out to us — we’ll resend it.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship across the U.S. from our NYC kitchen.

Can I return or cancel an order?

Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we don’t accept returns. But if something went wrong — message us, and we’ll make it right.

Is this a good gift?

It's perfect. Each box is designed to impress — from the premium packaging to the golden cookies inside. You can also add a handwritten note at checkout.

Can I add a personal message?

Yes! Leave your message at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card.

How should I store the cookies?

Our cookies are best kept refrigerated. They last up to 4 weeks chilled — or 2–3 days at room temperature. Want the best texture? Let them sit out for 10–15 minutes before enjoying.

Do you use preservatives?
