How soon do you ship after the order is placed?

We bake in small batches and ship fresh. Orders are usually shipped within 1–3 business days after payment. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–4 business days depending on your location.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. Still no email? Check your spam or reach out to us — we’ll resend it.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We currently ship across the U.S. from our NYC kitchen.

Can I return or cancel an order?

Because our cookies are perishable and made to order, we don’t accept returns. But if something went wrong — message us, and we’ll make it right.
